Marcy de Luna and Zagat feature Vallone’s “Dessert-Inspired” Cocktail

Even Willy Wonka would be pleased with this high-proof play on a candy favorite. Inspired by 3 Musketeers, fluffy Amaretto-infused foam mimics the “fluff” of the famous candy bar. A housemade marshmallow and chocolate ganache take care of the rest of the Musketeers-like similarities. Adding an over-21 twist is a potent combination of vanilla vodka, Tuaca Liqueur and Bailey’s Irish Cream. Go big and pair the Dartanian with the hot apple pie or Baked Alaska.

Layered in order in a shot or Glenclairn glass

1 oz Tru Vanilla Vodka
.5 oz Tuaca Liquere
1 oz Baileys

Fill Amaretto infused foam and top with a housemade marshmallow and chocolate ganache

A play on Three Musketeers candy bar. The foam top is to mimic the light “fluff” of the famous candy bar. For dessert this would be great paired with the hot apple pie or our well-known Baked Alaska.
