A Vallone’s classic: the “Tex” @HouRestaurantWK
Some may remember the “Tex” from the original Vallone’s: a center-cut filet served with two classic cheese enchiladas.
Guests loved it so much after Tony recreated the dish for his Mother’s Day 2014 menu that it’s now been added to the regular menu.

Vallone’s is taking reservations and walk-ins for Houston Restaurant Week throughout the month of August.
